The Bingo Hall is 40 feet by 60 feet and is limited to 174 people as deemed by the Fire Marshals Office. The Meeting room is 20 feet by 30 feet.
Yes, the Kitchen is available for rent along with the Bingo Hall. Additional fees do occur.
Yes, they can be!
Yes, bathrooms are available. There is a womens and mens commerical bathroom available just outside the Bingo Hall.
Since it is your rental, you are liable for what happens to your guests, so we will need a copy of your homeowners insurance. If you are an organization - a supplemental package from your insurance company will do.

To rent the Meeting Room, a rental fee of $100.00 and a cleaning deposit of $75.00 will be needed 5 days before the function. The $75.00 cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter if the area rented is cleaned after its use.
To rent the Bingo Hall, a rental fee of $150.00 and a cleaning deposit of $150.00 will be needed 5 days before the function. The $150.00 cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter if the area rented is cleaned after its use.
To rent the Kitchen (along with the Meeting room and/or Bingo Hall), a rental fee of $75.00 and a cleaning deposit of $50.00 will be needed 5 days before the function. The $50.00 cleaning deposit will be returned to the renter if the area rented is cleaned after its use.
In order to rent from us, you will need to sign an agreement that similarily states the following:
I understand that I can only use the facilities requested and that no one will be allowed in the apparatus bays or upstairs except for Fire Company members. No private functions will be held on Saturday or any other time that interferes with normal functions of the Fire Company. Business as deemed necessary by the President or a Chief Officer of the Fire Company shall take precedence over all private affairs. I further agree that I will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facilities used and ensure that they are left in the same condition that they were found. I also agree to pay for any and all damages to the facilities incurred as a result of my function. I further agree that I will be present at all times during the function. I agree to provide a rental fee of AMOUNT for the LOCATION, and a cleaning deposit of AMOUNT for the LOCATION at least 5 days in advance of the function. Two (2) separate checks are required, one for the rental and the other for the cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit check will be returned upon satisfactory cleaning of the facilities, which includes: returning all chairs, tables, and equipment to the original location. I agree to provide Chesterfield Fire Company a copy of my homeowners and/or copy of proof of liability insurance prior to the rental date. I furthermore promise by signing below to not hold any Officers, or Members, or the Fire Company itself liable for any injury, liability, or death that occur during my rental of the facilities.
